Erin Ellis

My name is Erin Ellis.  I am a graduate of South Lyon High School.  I am currently attending Michigan State University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a Minor in Youth and Society. I am hoping to attend a masters program once I graduate, somewhere out of state.  Something I really love is to bake.  I like being able to have that sense of accomplishment (or that need to do better) at the end when you get to taste whatever it is you've made. This reflects in my work ethic throughout school and everything I do, always striving to push myself to do the best I can at whatever I am doing.  The things I've been involved with in high school that have helped shape me into the person I am today are being apart of the pom team and having work experience.  Because of these things I have a good understanding of how to work along side well with others but also put in my own ideas and still be independent with whatever I am trying to accomplish.

My number one goal is to do something with my life where I can help others and make a difference as well as being a voice for those who need someone to stand up for them.  I also would love to work on becoming more environmentally friendly as I continue on with my adult life.  The environment is something that is very important to me and I would like to make it a bigger aspect of my life.
